Requirements Prioritization
Jointly we build out a road map setting the date for each milestone of the process driven by your timeline objectives and a high level project cost estimate is provided.

Seeing the solution
We go away for about a week and present a walkthrough of the solution addressing each key point and objective communicated. Separate breakout sessions may be scheduled to address any deep dive area.

Finalize the selection
A review after your steering committee has had time to digest and consult on all aspects presented to address any concerns or unanswered questions.

Execute and Kick-off
